Launched an entrepreneurial journey in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, as a timber merchant — marking the start of RK Sipani’s business legacy after completing his education in Bikaner
1976
Entered the automobile industry with the launch of the Sipani Badal, India’s first indigenously produced 3-wheeler car"
1982
Achieved a notable milestone in Indian automotive history as Ramesh Sipani, son of RK Sipani, completed the Karnataka-1000 rally in the Sipani Dolphin
2000
Incorporated as the Sipani Group and signed with the ROVER company
2007
Established the RK Sipani Foundation to support and uplift individuals in need through meaningful welfare initiatives
2012
Opened Sipani Seva Sadan, a free residential care facility for the underprivileged, elderly, and differently abled that provides essentials and 24/7 healthcare access
2018
In 2018 built and donated ( RK Sipani block) to KIDWAI Hospital with 400 beds, inaugurated by Chief Minister of Karnataka
2025
In 2025 built the second home, and started a free Dialysis and Physiotherapy medical Center through Sipani Health care
