Mr. RK Sipani, Chairman of Sipani Group has a wealth of business experience ranging from Timber to Plastics to Automotives to Real Estate.
Mr. Sipani's passion has been to give back to society, with his innumerous charitable ventures, which led to the formation of the RK Sipani Foundation and Sipani Healthcare - both aimed at assisting those in dire need. The organisations are managed with the vision of continued sustainably to cater to society's need for decades and centuries to come.

RK Sipani was born to Bherundanji & Dhani Devi Sipani and spent his early years in Bikaner. He was the 5th sibling in a family of five.
RK Sipani, having completed his education in Bikaner and moved to Chikmagalur, Karnataka and began his career as a timber merchant.
Being the innovative/progressive/dynamic individual that he is, R.K.Sipani saw an opportunity in plastics began a woven sacks manufacturing factory in Bangalore. He then encouraged his other family members to shift to Bangalore. Sipani Group is still present in these industries and has diversified into multiple other plastic products, their company names being: Sipani Fibres, Klenepaks & United Chemicals. They are the largest producers of woven sacks in India.
RK Sipani forayed into the automobile industry and in 1980 produced the first 3-wheeler car in India called the Sipani Badal.
Recognizing the requirement of a better car, RK Sipani visited the UK and signed a technical collaboration with M/s Reliant Motors to produce their car in India named Dolphin. The Dolphin was the most technically advanced car in India at that time. The Dolphin's USP was it's fiberglass body that had never been seen in India before.
At the peak of Sipani Automobiles, there were 50 dealerships pan India and 700 employees with the flagship showroom in Bangalore.
